We currently use United States Post Office delivery services. Please let us know if you are not satisfied with the timeliness or condition of delivery. Shipping fees on your invoice reflect total charges for postage, packaging, handling and shipping. Postage is only one element of shipping cost. We use a per-item shipping rate on books so all of our customers pay the same total price regardless of their originating zone. Returns, Refunds and Corrections Sadly, some people read books all the way through and then try to return them. If we make a mistake in your order, we will rectify it at our cost. However, we do not issue refunds on books if we have filled your order correctly.
